Fork this to be fully operational with vBulletin 3.8.

This will require you to setup a test vBulletin 3.8 site.

- Ensure existing users can sign on using SSO and get mapped correctly

- New users can create accounts using SSO

- Provide me admin access to your vB 3.8 site for testing
