Premium Airconditioning unit control

Hi I would like to have an app for our company, which install, maintain and repair airconditioning. We have around 10 vehicles which would hopefully have access to the app via a smart phone. All the data should come through to a central location which will allows the data to be collected in a way that the head office can send out reminder emails of unit maintenance, collect information about installations, load job cards to specific users. Basically allow control of the below from a central location. We would then like this app to do the following. Homescreen - Unit installation - Unit maintenance - Unit repair - Job cards - Buildings We would then like each for the following headings to do as follows - Unit installation 1) Take the technicians location (via GPS) 2) Ask for the clients email 3) Clients contact details 4) Allow photos of the installation to be stored 5) Allocate the job to an open job card 6) Allow the technician to insert items relevant to the installation such as.. hours on the job, meter run of piping, extra items required. 7) Store the unit indoor and outdoor serial number If some of the technical data could be indicated using a sliding scale or something along those lines that make it easy for the technicians to operate. - Unit maintenance 1) We will give a criteria list that the technician must indicate that he has completed 2) Allow photos to be taken 3) Indicate items that need to be repaired (answer being NA or items to be noted) 4) Clients email and contact detail 5) Allocate the job to an open job card 6) Allow the technician to insert items relevant to the installation such as.. hours on the job and additional spares used 7) Allow for a link to a prior installation or a new client - Unit repair 1) Clients email and contact detail 2) Indicate items that need to be repaired 3) Clients email and contact detail 4) Allocate the job to an open job card 5) Allow the technician to insert items relevant to the installation such as.. hours on the job and additional spares used, parts inserted in the units along with the part number 6) Allow photos and GPS location 7) Allow for a link to a prior installation or a new client Job cards 1) This should give the user an option to see.. Open job cards or closed job cards. 2) Allow the head office to add to a user the necessary Job card or remove the job card as well as view the completed job cards. 3) As noted above, the technician will need to allocate the open job cards to a job completed. Buildings 1) Open a selected building or project that we have a large amount of installations/ units at. 2) Use GPS to indicate where the indoor and outdoor unit is for the selected serial numbers. Allowing the technician to easily see which indoor and outdoor go together 3) Allow for photos 4) Allow for extra detail on selected unit in that building 5) Once selecting a building, it should indicate the following. Units in that building, last date serviced. Once the technician selects the unit then the above detail will come up on the unit. 6) Allows the technician to select a unit and then select.. repair needed or service needed.. This will then go through to the head office which will then create a job card to be completed.
