Program a E-Commerce Type Website

Hello, I am trying to start a new business for which I need a functional website which I think falls under the category of E-Commerce website This website will be selling some products online and will also be accepting payments online, I am currently still looking for someone to design my website making it Mobile Responsive, but I don't wish to delay programming work because the design isn't ready yet So basically the programmer will be working on programming the website while the designer works on finishing designing the website, the programmer might be required to integrate design of the website which will be in HTML format into the coded website that he has written My biggest requirement is to hire a programmer that can provide professional SEO service and make my website professionally secure, I don't wish to see that after a few days of launch my website is getting hacked, so it is very important that my website be as secure as possible at the same time be scalable My requirement right now does not include Admin-Panel, my requirement right now only includes that the website should be Fast, Scalable, Secure and have good SEO work in it so that I can reach top levels among Search Engine listings I have been told that Apache WebServer, Core PHP and MySQL is a good combination to host a professional website, but I am open to alternatives like using a good PHP Framework that is highly secure and scalable I have decided to use Instamojo Payment Gateway service provider for accepting payments on my website, I am yet to decide which SSL to use, so the programmer is also required to integrate Instamojo Payment Gateway service into the website for accepting Online Payments along with installing SSL Certificates on my Apache web-server For now I am sharing few details about the various pages in my website without disclosing too many details about individual pages and their requirement => Home Page(static page, no programming, except for Contact Us form) => Login/Registration Page => Terms and Condition Page(static page, no programming) => FAQ Page(static page, no programming) => Orders Page It will accept order details like choosing the product, providing delivery date, then another option to select subscription duration, selecting a previously saved delivery location, saving delivery location if no existing delivery location data present => Order Preview Page after confirming or setting the Order the user comes to this page where I show the order details and pricing, on the same page the user will see link/button, to either make payment or go back and change the order details, this is more like a Shopping Cart page where users can see what all products are currently added in their Shopping Carts => Payment Page After the user has confirmed the Order, he comes to the Payment page where he sees various options to make the payment => Thank You page Once the user has made the payment and if the payment is successful, then the user comes to this page i.e. the Thank you page, here again is displayed Shopping Cart details as they were displayed in Order Preview page => My Account page Users can update their personal details like contact details etc, along with setting Multiple Addresses, giving name to each address -> View Previous Orders -> View Previous Subscription Plans that the user had bought -> View Current Order Ongoing Order that is yet to be delivered -> View On-going Subscription Plan, start Date, End Date -> Be able to provide Feedback for the Orders that has been delivered or Subscription Plans that have ended
