PSD to Joomla 3.x responsive template (bootstrap) (N42)

I need to create a Joomla 3.x responsive templates for a website.

IMPORTANT :

- Template MUST use Bootstrap for responsive (included in Joomla 3)

- Template MUST NOT use big third party framework like T3, Warp,…

- You need to do error page too. (Same look and feel than content page but no modules)

You can work directly on our development server where Joomla is already installed and configured or you can work on your own host and install files on our host when the job will be done.

You can access to Joomla administrator account during work to make customizations that you need.

Websites will be in French. (You can use english back-end and frontend as well for working)
