Pulling inventory from our supplier's API, creating a local db.

We have already pulled the inventory from a suppliers API using their API returning data in JSON (using PHP)
We now want to be able to edit this db, updating the title, description and changing the price to include our margin. We would prefer this to be done on a localhost db, but very user-friendly.
When this is complete we want to look at importing this into Wordpress, however, this will not be included in this job. However, we would like to have you create this at a later date.
