Quick Quote/Booking Script

We need an instant quote script, where our web design team can change the values of what we need and the price for our vehicle rental business.

Obviously, a person log in to our website – fills a quick quote form and the form calculates rates based on rental days including any additional services, discount etc and show a total amount to visitor then if he wishes he may proceed to next step which is booking a vehicle. There should be an option that visitor can send a copy to himself of displayed quote.

It would be a multi-part form which we should be able to use on our 2-3 different web sites. Most of rental websites have it. You may see the following sites to have an idea:

We don't need any web design, only customized the reservation/booking script.

There will not be any online payments. The customer will choose the dates and get a price quote for various car models. Next step will be a form where the customer can enter his details (name, address, credit car but this is just to guarantee reservation no online charge are required, etc) and we’d process it manually.

Must have an admin area where we can enter cars inventory, set prices, discount, coupons etc. So we need a quotation engine with a control panel for our car hire website where we can make changes to price, additional feature rates and apply any discounts etc.

You must have experience in this script we need to see example/s.

•The quote calculation would be based on car category, how many days and if any discount applies.

•If person wants more additional services and equipment add, edit, delete, qty..

•Vehicle rates are based on summer and winter season.
