301 redirect - Wordpress

I need an experienced person to setup 301 redirects, to include a word in my URL.

For example, my link right now is [url removed, login to view] ... I need that changed to [url removed, login to view] for all the pages, and inner pages... and still have my traffic flow smoothly. However on Google, and in sitemaps the page to be indexed should be [url removed, login to view]
