reface swap video app creation for website

I want a website of my own where it works on a similar principle as an app called reface. I need an admin interface where I can upload my own videos that I display on the website. These videos will appear on the website where you will be able to insert your self-portrait. The website should include a section where you can upload the photo or create your own portrait using a camera. Then, with the help of a conversion button, you create a video that you can play and download or share with your friends on social sites (instagram, facebook, etc.). I am waiting for applications from programmers who can do this. :)
