Relaunch of our existing online shop

We currently have an online shop that is 5 years old. We now want to progress and make some improvements. The backend software we use is OXID eSales. I am guessing it is similar to Magento and other modules out there. We need a precise and reliable coder who can QUICKLY AND ON TIME do the following tasks. FRONT-END 1. Implement a new front-end design (You will be provided with responsive HTML+CSS files -> 19 pages. 2. Make sure ALL images and symbols are in retina resolution (2x) 3. Add a favicon. 4. Add support for multiple languages. Usually a text file that we edit at the end. 5. Coder will need to add search function into the current design. 6. Add an Email function or newsletters 7. Add a wax reprocessing ticket system with .pdf function PLEASE NOTE that the current front-end and the new front-end (including options+ fields) are different and will not be 1-1! Not all the steps are going to work out exactly 1-1 as they are right now. There will be additional options with the new design that the coder needs to implement/change. The idea however is the same as before -> Online shop. BACK-END 1. Copy/paste the existing project QUICKLY to a new server without having much downtime. 1.1 Update our backend to the latest version. 2. URLs needs to be the same as we have now. 3. Add support for coupons with duration + % 4. Add a newsletter function that we can edit + send out to existing customers and mailing address database. 5. Add DPD shipping label creator extension and connect to our store 6. Add Ebay extension module and connect to our store 7. Add DATEV tax extension module and connect to our store 8. Add a ticket system for our wax reprocessing service that we provide in .pdf format. 9. Add PayPal 10. Add a wax reprocessing ticket system with .pdf function 11. CMS support for pages such as Help/Privacy/Terms NOTIFICATIONS 1. Implement 11 notifications -> these need to be sent out accordingly -> We will provide the HTML + CSS.
