I require a website which is similar as to look and feel of: contracted.com.au. It should:
- allows customers looking for a service to upload their service requirement (creating account after or before uploading their service requirement). The uploading of a service requirement will require around 20 fields to be filled in.
- allows service providers to bid to provide the customer with the service (need to have an account before bidding).
- allows customers to correspond with bidders, select a winning bid
- allows customers to make a payment to the winning service provider
