We need a SAAS website made for the courier industry
The website is for businesses to register and connect their selling channels to generate consignment labels. example eBay sends order to our website, customer processes the received order to find the best price, then prints the label from their own courier contract account .
Example of how the site operates:
" John owns a model car website where customers order model cars, he gets 20 orders per day going to different areas of australia and the rest of the world. John needs to export his customer address information to our website to easily create shipping labels to print and attach to his customers orders for postage. He then needs the tracking numbers from the website to be sent back to his website so he can send to his customer. i.e. tracking number is loaded to John magento backend order page.
- how it works for the customer - register, add selling channel stores, i.e. eBay. connect carriers, then ship.

3. Integrate all API with [login to view URL] and manually with some other courier carrier api
The website needs the following features:
a. customer membership signup - free 60 day trial account, free account under 22 labels per month, paid tier level pricing account - i.e. startup account 100 labels $30AUD mth, medium business account $40 for 200 labels and so on for other levels. Paypal and credit payment for this
b. Some of the api integration can be setup through [login to view URL] - there are some that shipengine don't support i.e. australia post mypost business.

e. address validation and correction
f. send tracking numbers back to above channels
g. online shop - i.e. to sell satchels and blank labels - to be setup but not active on website launch. Paypal and credit payment for this
h. customer can choose from multiple carriers which will display pricing to help customer choose the best rate / option possible
i. multiple user accounts for each account.
j. searchable order history, search customer name, order numbers and or any other order information
k. settings in backend for customers - you can use ready to ship australia website to use the same features. i.e. print settings, return address settings, manually add weight and dimensions to parcels and so on.
l. live chat integration - i.e. helpskout
m. create and print pick lists, skus, invoices etc
