Searching for BUSINESS PARTNER

I am looking for a long term BUSINESS PARTNER. I am NOT looking for a Freelancer, or someone to just work on one project, this is for a PARTNERSHIP. I need a full time Web Developer to work with me as a partner. This means you WILL NOT be paid for working on our personal portfolio site or anything related to OUR partnership. Just so there is no confusion, we will only be getting paid when we do work for a client. I recently graduated from Savannah College of Art & Design (Top 10 Graphic Design College in the world), so I'm looking for a Web Developer (Front/Back End Coder) to establish a business partnership with. I ONLY DESIGN (web sites, layouts, templates, business cards, logos, billboards, cds, boxes, etc.), so I will do zero coding.
