Set up look up and validation for 3 Mautic built-in forms

We would like someone to build 4 web forms with lookup search and verification using API (Numverify API, mailboxlayer API and streetLayer API) on the existing pre-built Mautic form pages. The objective is to integrate into form page in HTML (will be supplied) and test it to make sure the lookup and validation work where the entered data shall confirm the following criteria: - Phone must be the international format - Phone field must have the dropdown selector for a list of international prefix to choose from, along with the country name and flag image next to each prefix in the list. - The field must not contain spaces and cannot submit the form even space has been entered or left empty
