My name is Marcelo, people call me Marce. I am the project manager and owner of this project. I have been working on this site for some time, but its been abandoned for a couple of years.

Id like to work on the front end, some changes where flash its not working any more, maybe to replace for svg, also htlm5 and css5 to make the web fully responsive.
For the back end, I need some advise, is it a good decision to restructure SQL and start working on JSON and NoSQL. Sometimes it gets slow when looking for the price of a product as it is related to the cost and the margin it need to go all through different tables.
Id like the web to look like an app, and meet all the requirements to be considered by the browser as a progressive web app, ssl certificate, manifest, service worker.
Admin section, where you update stuff and a dashboard. Data analysis, monitor indicators.

How I like working
First of all I want to make clear that I am not the kind of client... Hey do your thing!!!! or micromanaging and in your face and in your ear constantly. Like Sunday morning emails and whatnot.
I won't be cutting into your personal time or taking up a lot of extra time on skype. But I do want you to be honest, and if you feel that what I am asking is not for you please make aside. I need things done the correct way, and on time. I will be answering your questions at least once a day, Iam not full time on this, thats why I am asking for work to be done, so please dont waste my time and I wont waste yours.
Basic work group guidelines
A must will be working on GITHUB platform. Not if a single developer handles all the work, but if we will be working as a team, or you got stuck and need to add someone else to the project Id like to work this way. In this case we will discuss milestone release, talk about percentage of the work achieved and agree on payment.
Partial deliveries are going to be requested in order to try software uploaded on server. I will provide a folder so work is uploaded there.
Before being recruited as a team member i'll ask you to write a honest description about yourself, including full name, age, available time, and a 1 to 10 score for English language communication and team working.
