Social web application

I want a social web application build using Laravel that will make it easier for communication between students and teachers This application must have these functionality: 1- People can register as student or teacher 2- Teachers should have the ability to create Posts ( can be Multiple-Choice-Quistions or Fill in the blank) 3- Students shall be able to solve these Posts 4- Teachers shall be able to get statistical information about their Posts 5- Teachers should have the ability to create Polls where students can vote 6- Students shall be able to follow any teacher 7- Student should have a time-line of published posts(Quizzes or Polls) from following teachers 8- Students shall be able to reply to a post(similar to Twitter) If you can do it using different framework development, chat with me.
