SSO and Activity stream integration to new Forum app

We have a in-house Codeigniter based multi-tenent school platform. We want to integrate it to a forum (pre-built app-WoWonder forum) and enable Activity stream from our native app so that users can see the homework , fees dues and similar 10 activities on forum; and when clicked, go back to backend native app.

We also have a LMS(laravel) which needs SSO to the forum.

Pls advice solution option in a note and similar experience
