TorrentFlux -b4rt Addons

I need someone to work on torrentFlux-b4rt. To add diskspace limit, active torrent and bandwidth limit in the user section. I can assist with some codes for diskspace limit. For bandwidth limit and active torrent, you're on your own but I do have some suggestions. I would also like to have an member access download.
