Hi,
I need a fully fledged training management system, this needs to be web-enabled, so the input functions will need to be web-based (SmartAdmin or similar).
Admin
Will be able to book in-house courses, provide quotes and invoices, produces PDF's for course instructions and email reminders etc.
Students
Book courses online, get an invoice and joining instructions automatically.
Trainers
Will be able to register, have a calendar they can manage, this will show all courses they are booked to do, where to go etc.
Wordpress plugin or iframe of course information to be displayed on course page and online bookings. including payment options for stripe and PayPal.
So as i see it, there will be 3 databases customers, venues, trainers and a master calendar and a trainer calendar.
All will need to talk to each other to produce a course booking system, online calendar and crm management for the course booking process. The courses will be advertised on our sales sites and bookings will be automatic with live data feeds.
All invoices and quotes need to exportable in CSV format also.
