I would like help to create a website for a non-profit youth basketball camp. This will be the 3rd year of the basketball camp. The dates will be July 23, 24, 25 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm for incoming fourth graders through eighth graders. I need a site that is easy to update and have a payment method linked so people can sign up. Vision Fuse time-tested fundamental basketball concepts with competitive modern drills and games, while leveraging the collegiate and professional experience of the homegrown coaching staff Background Story The idea for Northern Nevada Blue Chip Basketball Camp was fostered when Camp Director Tristan Hill called lifelong friend and NBA veteran forward Luke Babbitt to discuss their shared desire to repay the Reno basketball community that played a critical role in their development into successful athletes and young men. After minor brainstorming, they agreed to round up their childhood teammates and friends from Reno to put on a special clinic. Several months of planning later, we are all extremely excited to announce what we believe will be Reno’s premier developmental summer basketball experience! Thanks to an all-star volunteer coaching staff and the ever-generous Boys and Girls Club of the Truckee Meadows, we have been able to keep costs low so we can deliver on the Camp’s mission to provide a meaningful, memorable, and affordable summer basketball experience. With a registration fee of just $100, we’re providing twenty hours of quality basketball instruction at the ground-level rate of $5 per hour. To all my parents out there, you’ll be hard pressed to find a babysitter that offers better hourly rates than that! For those experiencing considerable financial hardship, we will be offering 20 scholarships that will waive the registration fee completely. For more details, click the “scholarship” link above. Without a doubt, the most substantial and unique element of our camp offering is the diversity, passion, and combined experience of the coaching staff. Each raised in Reno, it wasn’t long ago that our coaches were Reno’s nine-and ten-year-old basketball players--ambitious youngsters with big dreams of championships and scholarships. The staff is extremely proud of all that we’ve accomplished on and off the basketball court, and we can’t wait to pay it forward by sharing our stories, teaching new skills, and creating lasting memories with the rising stars of Northern Nevada basketball.
