Turn graphics on form into submit buttons

Our site contains a survey with several pages of questions. Some of the questions have graphics included. Currently the user needs to select a radio button below the graphic and hit the 'next' button to submit the form and move to the next question. Instead, we'd like to enable the user to submit the form by clicking one of the graphics.
An instance of the survey can be launched using:

Once the survey instance has been created, advance to:
[url removed, login to view]
There you will see the form we wish to update.
