upgrade features of blog using angularjs

I need some changes to an existing website. I already have a design. I need next version to have three pages. Each page has a blog list. The blog list can come from same table or different tables but each blog page is in a different category

2. new user additions with restrictions

This new menu item should have an ADD menu item that opens a form that allows a new member to add blog item in one of the three blog pages. However, the the new user can only edit of the blog items he adds to the blog no one elses
