If requirement is purely scraping the data from the website. I would recommend a nodejs solution that could use a headless browser implementation to process the pages and extract the content. It is trivial in the context of testing software or automation software. We do have experience in both the areas. The solution could be made more generic by using a configuration file to define site and extraction criteria. We can discuss more if you are considering my bid. I would estimate a day's effort.
