Webpage with authentication Mysql query . ajax.

You must be well versed with linux and be comfortable with calling scripts from cli
Webpage will be password protected. I prefer entire directory to be password protected as I will want to move some other webpages there.
Top of webpage there will be 3 variables.

Create a grid that is 32x16
in this grid we will write down phone numbers which are up to 12 digits long
to get phone number for channel 13 sim 4. select phone_number,bal,st,updated_at from device_status where channel = '13' and sim='4'
result will be like

We display phone number and balance in a cell
The color of the cell writing will vary based on st value
hovering my mouse over the cell or touching it on mobile shows me the updated at value and gives me some new menus
Menu
1. an arrow up, when i click this, it changes the background color of the cell and remembers the bal value. This background color gets reset if the bal value changes.
This will also issue the following command
php [login to view URL] --ussd --gw [login to view URL] --ports 13.4 --ussd-code *223#
ip is from the variable above, 13 and 4 are from the mysql query and *223# is a variable which we call balance written on the top of the page in the code
2. a refresh sign. when I click this. I issue the follwing php commands ont he local box
php [login to view URL] --ussd --gw [login to view URL] --ports 13.4 --ussd-code *123#
values should be checked against db every 60 sec
create 2 more buttons for future use
keep a log file for the clicks
