Hello - I am looking for web design for a focus group recruiting business. The website would need pages for 1) homepage, 2) about us, 3) our services, 4) contact us (including a contact form), and 5) a page where visitors can join the database. The page to join the database will be a form that collects a username and password, as well as some personal information (name, contact info, demographics.)
In addition, for each different project our company recruits for, we will need temporary landing pages that visitors can access through a link, that first require them to join the database (or log in if they are already in the database), and then will present a series of project-specific questions that will allow us to determine eligibility for a given project.
Given the number of projects we recruit for, ideally we would like to be able to alter and customize the project-specific questions / landing pages ourselves.
