website not stopped working after not renow SSL certificate and other issue

I'm having a website was working but i delayed by renew our hosting plan and all the files were deleted from Godaddy. Then i've uploaded the DB and the files from our local machine to server but we didn't renew our SSL certificate. Now, the website is not working. Need to correct everything and make website works proper.
