Website required to sale home textile stuff (bedsheet, towels etc)

Hello, looking for a freelancer to give me quick website, OpenCart or WordPress. Website must be easy to manage, update and easy to add products. Easy to change main banner/slider. Easy to set prices for different cities/areas. Beside all common feature of a website and E-commerce, Cash on delivery option is requires. Other details will be shared to selected candidate. Once you have done this project, you may required to give training that how we can add products and make changes in it and also the admin/dashboard operating training. You will do the work on live hosted website. Before start, you can show the templates and open to share other ideas which can make this site successful.
