WHMCS and JSON API Synchonization

A skilled coder is required to synchronize two portals and ensure that customer data is kept uto date all the methods have been defined and the coder must be able to keep both WHMCS and the other portal in sync.
WHMCS will be synchronized with a JSON API based Client portal from another provider and therefore two way synchronization will be required both via addon and cron script.
Confirmation of synchronization will be authorized manually via the addon portal.
