Wix Website Refurbish and adding features

My business is a start-up tuition agency that looks to improve the grades and learning of students. It involves training tutors based around my ideology to improve the self-awareness of true learning and how to apply it in order to succeed. Here is what I require for my website. Lot has been done but work is required. Main page: 1. A pop-up that appear straight away saying "Attention! By browsing this website you agree that you will not copy the activities, products, or learning principles of GradeScholars in anyway, nor share purchased services or products from the company to anyone else - they must buy it for themselves. Legal action can be taken if these rules aren't followed." A box below should then say "I agree". Furthermore, the box should not be too big or small, and the "X" in the top right corner has to be removed to avoid visitors from trying to escape the terms and conditions. 2. There should be a small rectangle across the bottom of the screen saying: "You consent to our cookies." - This should be in bold. Followed by the following text: "We use cookies to analyse online traffic entering our website. We also share non-identifiable information about your use of our site with analytic partners who may combine it with other analytic traffic. By going on our website, you agree to this consent." 3. The video of me introducing the company (current size is fine), I want it to move up and down the screen when someone scrolls. 4. The purple slider with the information regarding the company and what we do, needs to look more artistic (see the sliders after), and less boring, since that is the first thing that someone will see. The other sliders look absolutely fine. Perhaps writing less or summarizing the text (e.g. light blue slider with Einstein's quote) and write "discover more" at the bottom. Add a link from "discover more" to the "About Us" page. 5. Under slider there is a gap, and would like to add something in there that links to another page. Currently thinking blogs. 6. At the top, where it has company logo, there is an empty space on the right - perhaps fill it with something? Other Pages a) Testimonials fine. b) Subjects, pricing and packaging fine. c) Blog spot: There are three blogs under the blog section. I would like the following done: On the blog page, that page needs to be changed into a page with different blogs listed as a content, with some words from the actual blog at the start, followed by read more - this will then lead onto a separate page with the FULL blog by itself, rather than three full blogs under one page, which is the current situation. d) Become a [login to view URL] a lesson is fine. e) Services: i) Consultation - it needs the price entered in text, which will be "£49.99, or £35 (30% discount) if a 4-hour bulk package is purchased". Make sure to add a link to the "book a lesson" page, where they can sign up and get a 4-hour bulk package. ii) Products: Two to be listed. 1. Learning Mastery (The front picture can be the front of the Ebook of which I attached to this file). "Dear parent , do you feel that your child does not get the best learning at school or isn't achieving their potential despite working hard? Do you feel that teachers do not give you feedback? There are numerous factors as to why this occurs, and it'll be a shock. A lot of it comes down to two factors, happiness and a purpose to do well. The small Ebook then goes onto explain why a student is successful whilst another student isn't." Price: £2.49 if purchased on it's own on the website without having lessons. FREE if purchased with a lesson (individual or bulk). 2. Grades Are Easy Course: "Is a course that has 6 modules, designed to interactively work with parents and students to improve grades through the study of what true learning is, and why, despite two students working hard; one succeeds and the other doesnt." Price: £20.99. A full e-learning programme will have been developed by Autumn 2019.
