Woocommerce split tax calculation based on item cart tax

Hello ,
I’m looking for woocommerce expert who can help me to fix my shipping tax problem . My purpose is do split tax calculation based on item cart taxes . For example
Prices for all fruits 100€, shipping 20€
Prices for fruits with 7% VAT 70€ = 70%
Prices for fruits with 19% VAT = 30€ = 30%
Calculation shipping costs:
20€ x 70% = 14€ + 7% VAT = 14,98€
20€ x 30% = 6€ + 19% VAT = 7,14€
Makes together: 22,12€
( If cart contain only product that relate with 19% VAT ,
then shipping fee will calculate with only 19%VAT .
If cart contain with only 7% VAT goods ,
then shipping cost will calculate only with 7% VAT
If cart is mix of 7% and 19% VAT goods ,
then shipping cost must be calculate as describe above .)
Most of fruit has 7% VAT but some kind has 19% VAT in Germany like taro , banana leafs . That why I need to split shipping tax like above . My website is [login to view URL] .
I’ve test “Germanized for WooCommerce” plugin and it work as I aspect but their plugin change many thing in my website that’s not good.
Any solution or suggestion is welcome.
PS .
1. Frontend don't need to change anything . Just only change in backend for invoices print

I've make an order for
1pc of Durain ( it's 7% VAT Goods) and
1 pc of Taro ( it's 19% VAT Goods ) .
VAT Calculate for each goods is correct but VAT for shipping is incorrect .
System calculate VAT for shipping only 7% that is incorrect because of in cart contain with 19% VAT goods
