Wordpress, API, DirectAdmin, PHP, Mysql

Need someone to build software based on Wordpress, using php and Mysql. Working stages: 1. Add to DirectAdmin domain with e-mail, paswords and wordpress theme (from list of themes). DirectAdmin API creating new domains, with default wordpress theme and e-mails accounts plus database for this domain. 2. Each wordpress website has own mysql database written the way, as they do. I want to add all information in to one main database the normal way (with tables and rows) for each domain, but program need to parse this information, to be saved in the domain databases the wordpress way. Same should be done for exporting (from wp to normal excel/csv file) This job it's bigger, but need to do it in steps. The main reason for doing this: I need to be able to add parts of website as blocks (page/post elements) from mysql database. Wordpress it's parsing the information in database, and its to complicated to work this [login to view URL] much information in one part. I am using web builder from [login to view URL] which is built with drag-drop blocks. I have old web builder, built for me, but works the old way and it's to slow. I neet to import from csv file to mysql database, domains, pages, blocks and other elements ant want them to be uploaded to the wordpress databases for each domain. To be sure, that all will work properly and any good programmer can manage this software in future, I want to build this on framework, probably Laravel. Job need to be done in steps. 1. Create admin panel 2. Add users + e-mails 3. Add domain + database +wordpress theme (enum) 4. Run wordpress setup (info from main database) 5. Add page 6. Add block Blocks types: post/page menu widget html link image image gallery icon form table slider tabs and other from the builder All info stored in main database and updated/parsed to database of each domain.
