wordpress help with language plugin and upload 3 other small non-english language pages

issues with polylang plugin.
i need help fixing plugin and editing german language pages.
i had attempted this but the polylang button never appeared on site after installation and the menu buttons went off-sink and i got two homepages on main top menu.
i am sure this is a very small and quick job for someone with advanced wordpress skills
