Wordpress RSS Plugin

I want a plugin that store RSS snippets in a database(should be able to set how many text/words to store). Based on the RSS feeds I add to it. So the idea is to feed it with a lot of RSS feeds to collect all this content. It should run none stop and collect. It should be able to remove duplicates. When it should be able to pull content into posts based on keywords or feed names. So it creates X amount of posts a day based on content in the data base on auto mode or sends to draft, the title should be the first snippets headline. There should be a setting that chooses how many RSS snippets to add and how many columns each post should have. I got another RSS plugin that got all the style sheets I want to use.
