wordpress template model agency

I am looking to hire someone to make/customize wordpress template so for a model agency. I.e: Modified ecommerce theme like Adot or Stylista would make things easier and faster for you. Requirement: 1/ Latest wordpress with SEO compliance and secured. 2/ Responsive design works with all devices especially mobiles. 3/ 4 user groups: -Admin: with regular admin previleges, plugins, themes... -Moderator: with ability to manage Agencys' listing( approve, edit, remove, stick..) edit rating, edit user reviews, add,remove user uploaded photos. -Agency: can post listing for models, edit, remove( temporary) only Moderator/Admin can remove permanent. -User: can review, rating, models listings, as well as rating Agency reputation and service. 4/ Guest/User can browese listing of hundred of model with abilities to filter models by: location ( city/ district), age, price, breast size, height, weight. - User Can also search for model listing around me, for example within X km base on user's location. - user can add/remove a model to their wish list. - can write a review, rate, upload photos of model to their review( require moderator approval before showing). - guest/user can compare different model listing side by side 5/ Each model listing, can be posted by Agency and have model name, location, age, measurements, phone number, and a photo gallery, can be upto 50 photos. - each model listing must be approved by Moderator before show to public/user, if listing was edited, i will need to be approve again before showing. - Each listing can have additional ribbon like: New model, Hot Model, Retired( not working anymore). To show their current status. - Each listing can have additional tags like: Speak English, Speak Chinese, Can Travel ,... 6/ user/agency can register quickly using Google/Yahoo info or by provide email ( email verification required)
