9 wordpress themes need to upgraded

Hi, I have recently purchased 9 Wordpress themes for reselling on my website.
This is a short term and long term project for the right minded programmer who has a vision to see this through and the final end game and would consider partnerships.
All 9 themes need to be updated. (short term) and scope of the current project
1. Upgrade the themes from redux 3.6.0.2 to the latest 3.6.4.4
2. Install the themes onto demo sites and add demo content for the themes
3. Create install instructions for all themes for client to install and setup the themes
4. Make available the XLM file from the demo content and setup and add this to the final zip file for clients to setup their sites and install the demo content
5. Add a PSD logo for each site for clients to change the name of the theme
6. Debug all themes and ensure they are running bug free
7. Ensure the themes are compatible with the latest version of wordpress
8. Document on the install instructions which plugins should be installed and setup on the themes
9. I would like you as the developer to see what else can be done to these themes to further enhance and make even better, you have creative freedom to make these themes better than the original content
Additional Requirements to consider: (long term and business relationship)
1. The person selected must be willing to work with me ongoing basis and help answer customer questions on weekly basis.
2. Customers will be offered customization services, and any additional work will be passed to you as the programmer to see if you want to quote
3. You must be willing to update the themes on a quarterly basis. This can be negotiated later.
4. if this business relationship is good then I would like to also work with the programmer to develop more themes for the site, so please be willing to do 1-8 and then start to work on new themes for the site.
