I would like to hire a PHP Developer

I need someone who can fix my php script. Currently I am working on the Financial Audit project, which I have the data of every year inserted by user in the database. The data will be identified by year but having same variable (s). The figure can be different according to the year. 1. I want to display on the page using html table with column wise. The first column will having the variable (s) example sales, the second column having values (amounts) of 2018, and the third column having the values (amounts) of year of 2017. And at the bottom of the each column should have to get the sum of every year's values. 2. If I have five variable(s) last year eg. 2017 and their values, but this year have 3 variable(s) and their values. The program should understand and add a default e.g. '0' values on the variable(s) of the missing value. All html table rows have to match 3. If the variable(s) has missed the values for 3 sequentially then the variable(s) should be deleted automatically from the database. 4. The program should have the export in pdf, and csv and also the program should assign the page numbers according to the sequence of the data shown on the front end of the user page.
