Write a custom plugin for Wordpress.

Job Description: We are looking to hire a professional PHP programmer with previous Wordpress experience to write a custom plugin. The plugin needs to do the following: Count the number of posts a user has made, and if their post count exceeds a certain number, display a message to the user and prevent them from adding more posts. The number of posts each user can make must be a variable that is specific to each user. So for example, User A can add 3 posts, while User B can add 4. And this number can be changed for each user by the admin in a screen that the plugin provides. About the job: We will be hiring multiple developers to perform this task. We will pay you for your time regardless of whether you finish the project or not. Succesfull completion of the task will result in on-going work. We're looking for a combination of code quality and speed. Please test the plugin extensively before submitting your work. You will need to provide your own development environment and wordpress installation. The final deliverable will be plugin in a .zip file that we can install on our site to review. We plan to interview each candidate briefly (10 min) before we award the job.
