I am looking for some software. I do not think it exists. So would like to investigate if it can be developed. We are a team of 8 working as accountants in the UK. We use Outlook Exchange for our emails. I am looking for a piece of software that either sits on our server or on each users PC. I need to automatically store emails to/from clients as a PDF on their client folder (which is a Windows Explorer folder). The software will need setting up with each client and up to 10 email addresses for each. Then as emails are sent and received the software add in automatically creates a PDF copy and saves in the associated folder for that client.

Hello Sir. Thank you for posting the project. I can develop an outlook add in that shall be installed on, each user's PC. As soon as as email comes into the inbox, it shall be automatically saved to a predefined (configurable) location, without user intervention. The add in shall be installed as an outlook extension and shall be visible on Outlook's top ribbon like standard Outlook controls. There shall be a simple user interface to select folder location to save emails in PDF format. Please discuss if my proposal interests you. I have developed similar Outlook Add ins before and I can design this one in 3 days. I am also ready to accept payment after testing of add in. Regards.

Dear Sir, Greetings from Velrajan!! We can achieve this by a small desktop script. We can configure from , to email address and the folder we want to store the email. The software will keep on monitor the mail server,. if any corresponding mail occurs, it will convert the mail content as PDF and store them into the database. Hello, I have very good programing experience with VB; VBA and MS Outlook automation. I have completed several similar projects here on this site. I can create a configurable plugin for Outlook that would have a settings dialog which would include the clients name and email addresses to store folder location, pdf naming convention etc...
