The purpose of this project is to develop the customer service center where we can all the communication with the customer is cartelized in one stop point: The point is connected with the following communication channel: 1- Phone call: the users should be able to receive the phone call through the software, hence; the application should be able to conduct the following: a. To receive the call within the software b. To have an automated reply c. To assign the call to the available agent d. To record the calls 2- Emails: set up to receive all the emails to the company’s email 3- Social media accounts: set up to connect reply for social media and automatically assign it to the available agent
