Creative design for a business dossier

We are looking for a designer who layout our business dossier that is going to be presented to investors and customers. It's going to be a dossier of 30 landscape pages but it should has a condensed version of 2 pages (vertical). The dossier is going to be divided in 4 chapters. Pages of each chapter should have a different color. It has to be a very visual dossier. We are working in a group of illustrations for it and we'll send to the choosen freelance. Design is everything, it has to be cutting edge creative.
