Work to make gadgets with microprocessors, arduino, sensors etc.

Hi,
I am looking to hire somebody that I can have access to full time that is very good with microprocessors, arduino, sensors, etc. What I need is for them to make me some gadgets that I need for my company. For instance, I would need a pressure sensor to put under a flooring of mine to have a door unlock when 4 pressure sensors detect pressure.
There are a few things I want to do but I need them done asap.
I am not sure what is the best way to proceed but probably we will need to work together, and you will tell me what to buy and you will tell me how to put it together and write the program and then we go to next project.
