I need a java programmer

I want a Java Class Library and a Java web front end made in Netbeans with JUnit and Javadoc. For an online shop that has two users. Admins and Customers. Customers can view, items and then add items to their basket and can see their placed orders. Admins can add update and delete items and can also add and modify new customer accounts. This must include use of Servlets and Java packages.
