I need a programmer

Smartphones are now participating nearly in each and every sphere of life like business,

education, workplace and healthcare. Mobile operating systems have the tall task of managing an

intense amount of data and resources on small and limited device. You have been asked to develop

a solution that will simulate a mobile phone operating system that will allow users to run

applications and manage its resources. The simulation will be able to manage one (1) app (TicTac-Toe)

and three (3) utility programs (Memory, Process and File managers).

Upon running the simulation, users will be directed to a Home screen which will allow

them to select an app or run a utility program. The User is able to create multiple instances of the

Tic-Tac-Toe application but only one instance of the utilities will run for the life cycle for the OS.

When the OS simulation is loaded for the first time, it should start running the utility programs

(Memory, Task and File managers) immediately. Your system memory capacity is 1000mb and

each of the managers take up a fixed amount of memory; Memory (245mb), Process (150mb) and

File (200mb), each instance of the tic-tac-toe app takes up 50mb. The file system capacity is

1000mb as well; the operating system takes up 350mb, the utilities take up the following; Memory

Manager -100mb, Process Manager -200mb and File Manager -150mb, finally, each instance of

the Tic-Tac-Toe application utilizes 50mb.

 Tic-Tac-Toe app (a 2-player game)

 Memory Manager

 Process Manager

 File Manager
