I am looking for assistance with an advertising project. I have defined for a global brand five different principles that they should aspire to with their advertising. To help illustrate this point I am looking for good and bad examples of each of these principles.
The bid responder will be required to find three good and three bad examples of print advertising, from well known brands, for each of the principles. The principles are as follows: EQUALITY For good examples I am looking for: Ads which do note discriminate against any gender, race, religion, ethnicity, political beliefs, culture or social group. Ads which are not demeaning or stereotyping of the above. (e.g. an ad featuring a board room with different ethnicities represented). Bad examples would be ads which did show discrimination against a certain race etc. (e.g. a potentially racist ad) INTEGRITY For good examples I am looking for: Ads which show pride in a way that does not insult their competition. (e.g. where a company has won an award and they thank their users for using them) For bad examples I am looking for: Brand which insult other brands to make themselves look better. (e.g. an ad where one brand insults its rival) HONESTY: For good examples I am looking for: Ads which use reliable science to backup their claims. E.g. they may show benefit to health and this is supported by good, reliable evidence. (e.g. an ad for a yoghurt or similar product where it has health benefits, and these are backed up with scientific evidence) For bad examples I am looking for: Dishonest, misleading and exaggerated ads. Particularly environmental ads - those with excessive and unrealistic claims. (e.g. an ad which makes excessive claims about the benefit of a product to the environment) IMPARTIALITY: For good examples I am looking for: Non-charity ads which deal with a potentially political/religiously sensitive issue, but manage not to show particular allegiance. (e.g. an ad which features lots of different brands but gives all of them equal presence) For bad examples I am looking for: Obviously politically influenced advertising. (e.g. An ad which supports a particular political regime, but that is not related to the product) POSITIVITY: For good examples I am looking for: Ads which promote a healthy and positive lifestyle. (e.g an ad for a product which is very positive and suggests healthiness) For bad examples I am looking for: Ads which are excessively shocking, violent or use sexual innuendo. (e.g. an ad that could be perceived as sexist or violent). 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
