Political letter writing system will make it possible to allow an administrator to match political representatives with a user's district and then allow the user to send letters to their local government representative through a mail merge using MS Word, pulling government representative data from a MS Excel spreadsheet or database.
The system will allow for uploading MS Word docs that have merge fields included to input the user's name & address. And then send the merged document via an Outlook email message to the representatives the user selects to send to.
The system will allow for the Representatives database to be regularly updated. the system will allow for the letter database to automatically be updated when a new letter is imported into the system.
