Lead a project to create a Bitcoin exchange

[login to view URL] needs an exchange so contributors can convert their earned Profit Points into Bitcoins, but also so that investors can invest in Profit Points. The exchange will be based upon the source code found here: [login to view URL] This source code is currently running the following exchange: [login to view URL] The way that [login to view URL] will work is that LampCMS ([login to view URL]) will be used as the main communication (it will be changed from being a Q&A site to a forum) and reward platform. The reward will function in the following way: If one contributor upvotes another, the contributor getting upvoted gains Profit Points (in LampCMS, profit points are currently called Reputation). This means that we need a facility to send Profit Points from a modified version of LampCMS to the exchange, but also from the exchange to LampCMS. In the beginning, I expect to manually review all such transfers to protect against fraud. Our infrastructure will be EC2 micro-instances. The payment to the people, who will work for you, will be in Profit Points. Together with your bid for this project, please give an indication of how many Profit Points you will require to complete this project (both to compensate yourself and the project participants), and also what you set as deadline. Please also make phases with short deadlines, so we can kill the project early if it seems like it is going off-track. You cannot, yourself be a project participant, and actually do any coding or configuration. You need to get the project participants to do at least 90% of the work. For this job, I will only consider bids that provide a description of how you will approach this project. Your description should include all issues that you believe are relevant for completing the project. You do not need to come up with a strategy/plan on all issues, but at least show that you are aware of them.
