Hi ECO, I first went to England in 2013 with my brother Reginald Sims. Our purpose was to go sightseeing and meet new friends. In 2014 I first got arrested in England because I was intoxicated because I had too much to drink and got into a fight with a friend of mines. In 2015 I and my brother got denied entry into the UK for the first time because the clearance officer wasn't convinced that are visit was legitimate. So I and my brother applied for a UK long term visitor visa. After months of waiting for a decision for our application we decided to get new passports because we thought are application and passports were lost. We really wanted to visit England again. So in the summer of 2015 I and my brother flew to Dublin but our purpose was to travel via the Common Travel Area to visit England. At the time we didn't know that we will be breaching immigration law by doing so. So during the summer of 2015 in England I got arrested numerous times for hanging out with the wrong crowd. I was getting drunk and shoplifting because my friends peer pressured me into doing it. I was 20 years old at the time but I had the mind of a 17 year old. I just wanted to be cool and I wanted to fit in. Around August of 2015 I, my brother and a stranger was arrested because we was seen inside an empty construction building. We was charged with burglary but are intent wasn't to commit a crime or theft. The building was a construction site. So I think we should have been charged with trespassing instead. The day after we got arrested I and my brother spoke to a woman from the Home Office. She asked us why we came to the UK through Ireland and we told her that we applied for a visitor visa and it's been over 5 months but no decision has been made. So we thought our application and passport was lost. The Home Office never deported us and we got released from the police station. We stayed in the UK a few months after we spoke to Home Office. During this time I and my brother had no money and have lost our passports. But our passports was at the police station the entire time because someone found them and reported it to the police. We wanted to go back to are home country but the only way was to be put into a immigration removal centre. So I and my brother was at Brook House Removal Centre for two weeks before we was escorted back to America. Around 2016-2017 I and my brother went to England again through the Common Travel Area but we never got arrested in England ever again. In March 2018 I was denied entry into Dublin because of my past UK immigration but this time my purpose was to visit Dublin for a few days then I was going to travel to the UK via the Common Travel Area to be at my child's birth. A week after being denied entry into Dublin I was denied entry into the UK because of my past immigration history. I know I have a bad UK immigration history and a UK criminal record but I just want to let you know that I am a changed person despite me attempting to use the Common Travel Area again. I just wanted to be there for my child's birth and I was scared to travel directly to England because I knew my immigration history will show up. I did not know it will show up in Dublin. I reflected on my actions and now I just want to move on in life and help raise my beautiful daughter. My daughter needs her father in her life. I had a young mentality in the past and I got mixed up with the wrong crowd. I have no criminal record in America and I have never been sent to prison in England or done prison time. We all make mistakes in life and we all deserve a second chance. The mother of my child starts work again in July and I need to be there to take care of my child while she is working. She has no one to babysit and I just need to be there"
