230 OCR scanned English into text, format, spell check

I have 230ish pages of a course that I would like to scan and make changes to. The pages aren't messy with writing, drawings or distractions and the scan is clean.
1. Scan the OCR and made it text editable.
2. Put all the pages in order so it's not mixed up.
3. Do spell and grammar.
4. Bold / Highlight / Italics / same as original
5. Bullet point's / Indents / Titles / Page Numbers / same as original
I would like the work to be done in a Google Doc as I find it easier to export the final document into a PDF and less compatibility issues. I'll be responsible for the bottom logo being different and branding.
