4 Pages Kendo UI Icenium Phonegap Expert

We would like an hybrid application using these technologies : Kendo UI, Icenium, Visual Studio 12, SQL Lite. We need locally source buildable with VS 2012/Kendo UI/Icenium. Data sources are stored on a web server and we want to download these data in order to store them locally. In case of no connection we want to use local data.
