Transcription from Audio to Book Format Needed

As an author of half a dozen books, I am hiring someone to take my latest audio files and put into chapters.
I'm a veteran in writing and I own the publishing company this is being produced by so it is guaranteed to be in stores.
I'd like to build a long relationship with someone who can transcribe my work. This book has about 30 chapters in it with 5-10 minute audio files that go over each chapter. The audio files aren't to be transcribed verbatim. Thus, your understanding of the subject, English in general, and writing will all matter in this process.
I do have many editors on staff who can help out, so the transcription doesn't have to be 100% final product though the closer we get there, the better.

In order to apply for this position, please do the following:
Your bid amount will be for all 30 chapters of the book transcribed.
Please give a time scale for how long it will take you.
Provide a link to previously transcribed work, self-writen work, etc.
Also give details of what you are interested in for work. For example, do you want to do this one project as freelance? Would you prefer to come on board as my staff and transcribe all of our books?
Lastly, indicate your interest of publicity. Are you interested in ghost writing, recognition for the transcription, or what? Would you be open to working on commission of sales, flat rate per hour, or rate per book? Please be detailed on this.
Only bids that have actually downloaded the audio file and listened to the content and skimmed the rest of the book will be entertained. I have 8 more books coming out next year and I'd love to build a strong relationship with someone to help on these.

My bid is for a 10-minute chapter completed each day. At that rate, I could finish all 30 chapters after a month. I'm also open to completing 2 to 3 chapters a day if so required.
