Hi! I am learning to develop apps on Ubuntu Touch.

I need to figure out how to create a simple PyQt app, make a click-package, and install it on Ubuntu Touch.

I've read that it's possible, but not officially supported.

I need you to:

- Create a simple PyQt "Hello World" app that will work on Ubuntu Touch

- Give me the source code and briefly explain how can I install it on my device
